2v1 With Two Wide Goals (20 mins)

1v1 to 2v1 Progression. One all time defender on each end.

1) 1v1's. Attackers keep track of how many times you beat the defender. If you don't beat them more than 3X then you have fitness

2) 2v1 with high striker start position. Defender has to start on endline and cannot move until striker touches the ball. Player who passed it in will then become striker in progression.

3) Live. Player doesn't have to pass it in to start but now can dribble in. What does the striker do? Do they open up or peel off the defender. If the ball is played to them, can they find a way to turn the defender?
