2v2/3v3/4v4

Description - After generic warm up/possession play. move to 2v2 (to recover technical points and roles) move to 3v3/4v4. Looking here at defending as a strike partnership, then a forward 3 then a midfield 4. all games are to end line, have 5 goes each and then swop over

Technical - look at body shape/distance/angle/time/speed, positional sense to help support/cover/maintain balance in a defending unit

Tactical - can we win the ball back within 6 seconds if not retreat back and maintain shape.

Physical - maintain cardio fitness, good agility/co ordination.

Psychological/Social - good decision making/communication necessary/spatial and positional awareness.

Learning Objectives - need to think here about positional play and our roles and reponsbilities within our unit, then comes the technical input.
