Warm Up (10 mins)

Organization:

1. 40x30 field set up as shown

2. Seperate team into 3 groups

3. One group to each lane

4. One player per 10x10 box

5. Four balls per lane

Instructions:

1. First player in each lane, retrieves a ball from start.

2. Player 1 passes to Player 2

3. Player 2 receieves and passes to Player 3

4. Player 3 receives and passes to Player 4

5. Player 4 receives and places the ball outside their grid

6. First team to get all 4 players to opposite side win

7. If a ball skips a grid, misses a grid, or is played badly, ball must be restarted to beginning.

8. Play a couple of rounds, switch players position for each grid.

1. Body positioning to receive the ball

2. Body positioning to pass the ball

3. Weight of pass

Main Theme 1 (30 mins)

Organization:

1. 40x30 field set up as shown

2. Seperate team into 3 groups

3. Multiple balls

Instructions:

1. Two teams will play, one team will sit

2. Players are trying to get the ball wide to score

3. Teams will play until one scores or 3 minutes has passed, which ever occurs first

4. Team that scores stays on the field, losing team steps off

5. If no score, team that has been on the longest steps off

6. Incoming team starts with the ball from the side in which the goal was socred.

1. Body positioning to receive the ball

2. Body positioning to pass the ball

3. Weight of pass

Conditioned Game (20 mins)

Organization:

1. 40x30 field set up as shown

2. Seperate team into 3 groups

3. Multiple balls

Instructions:

1. Two teams will play, one team will sit

2. Players are trying to get the ball wide to score, if ball is dribbled or passes through a gate then scored, goal is worth 2pts.

3. Teams will play for 3 minutes.

4. Team that wins stays on the field, losing team steps off

5. If no score, team that has been on the longest steps off

6. Incoming team starts with the ball
