Progression #1

Field Size: 20 yds wide X 40 yds Long

4v4 (or whatever numbers necessary to get everyone involved)

- Players of both teams start on own endline

- Coach plays ball into either team, other team sends over 1 defender

- Attacking team must complete 5 passes, then play ball into opposing half

- Attacking player may run onto ball and take shot on goal (1 touch - without opposition)

COACHING POINTS:

1- Expand once ball is played in

2- Work the ball out of pressure

3- Time the run into attacking half (stay onside)

Progression #2
