Each player has a ball.

Multi skills involving use if all flat surfaces of foot to get players used to ball again.

8 Minutes.

After this session runs on a 6x6x2 method (6 mins Skill - 6 Mins conditioned game, 2 minute drink and talk)

Quick 5 minute Scrimmage within groups to raise heart rate and focus concentration for next parts of session.

After each skill session we will scrimmage to let players decide when and where to do skill under pressure.

Rules -

Kick ins no throws

If player tries skill previously learnt 1 point

If player completes skill correctly 1 bonus point

Scores a goal 1 point.

Screen 3

Sole Session.

Skills will include-

Pull-Push. Pull back with the sole push forward with the top.

30 seconds each foot standing still to get used to skill.

30 second competition on each foot

4 touches then skill 1 minute - quick coaching point- go again

Sole and go

Sole Roll ball with one foot across to other and stop.

30 seconds standing still with each foor Practice

30 Second Competition

4 touches, sole and push forward - 1 minute- coaching point- 1 minute.

Drag Back Fake

Step on ball, prentend to roll back, but then go forward

30 seconds on each foot staying around same area.

30 Seconds competition

4 touch - skill 1 minute - coaching point - another minute.
