Expanded Small sided Activity (20min)

9v8 w/ GKs

Field will be divided in 3rds,vertically and horizontally

Objective: shrink the field in 3rds and press hard for 6seconds, if ball is not won after the alloted time, everyone must drop to the next defending 3rd (ie. if high pressing on attacking 3rd, then drop to middle 3rd)

Cp's-strong individual defending, apply proper defensive principles, work as a group, work at high intensity for 6s at a time, be patient
