Sprint training with ball

8 Repititions

30 seconds passing - 20 seconds sprint - 10 second walk.

Session structure

Players are split into two groups.

Poles are 80 yards apart with two 10 x 10 yard boxes at either end of poles with 2 balls in each square..

Session starts with players passing 2 balls amongst each other in square for 30 seconds, they then have 10 seconds to jog/walk to start line. On the 'go' shout, players have 20 seconds to sprint 80 yards, they then head straight into square and pass balls for 30 seconds and repeat 8 times in total.
