Blue team score a goal after making 6 passes. Red team try pressure to regain possession and gain a point for every pass they make.

Shadow Play

Challenge

Blue team play out and try to drive trough end gates, two touch only and then attack the end goal. White team can intercept the ball and score.

Can you win the ball as high up the pitch as possible

Passing patternes are:

1. All touch the ball

2. GK - FB - CM - FB (1-2)

3. GK - FB - CM - FB (switch)

4. GK - FB - CM - CM (who has moved wide)

White team look for different ways to combine and move forwards.

2. Movement of FB when GK has ball in hands - wide & in line with ST shoulders

3. Movement of CM - rotate nearest player clearing & furthest player filling)
