Circuits

Circuits - 1 and 1/2 min at each station

Station 1

Players are tapping the top of the ball with the bottom of their foot (alternating every step) as fast as they can.

Station 2

Players are stepping in each space of the ladder with one foot and jogging to the end once they are through the ladder. (coach can instruct them to shuffle side to side, bunny hop, one leg hop, etc.)

Station 3

Players will start with the ball on the left side of the cone. They will use their right foot to drag the ball back towards them. Then they will use the instep of their right foot to tap the ball to the right side of the cone. Once the ball is on the right side of the cone they will use their left foot to drag the ball back towards them and tap the ball to the left side of the cone.

Station 4

Players will do push-ups.

Station 5

Players will tap the ball back and forth between their feet with the instep of their feet. They will remain in place. (Coach could progress to have the players move forward or backwards while doing this)

Station 6

Players will perform standing squats. Feet are a shoulder-width apart.

Station 7

Players will pass with a partner (1-touch)

Station 8

Players will do sit-ups
