1. Using this tight area creates quick situation which will improve the understanding and creativity with the ball.

2. For the team with 11 free movement into all areas. Defending M/F and striker must stay in same area. Defenders can go into M/F area.

3. Back four - ball movement, speed of passing, use of sitting M/F player in build up, set up to release F/B's drive into M/F area by C/B's.

4. Over load M/F to give the composure and patience on the ball, wide players stepping in or keeping width learning when to step in with F/B's going on wide. Playing through support play and runs beyond B4. M/F run to allow striker to drop off and recieve ball with time.

5. Striker movement, drop off spin behind, play between C/B and F/B's, third man running, last pass change of direction.
