Endurance circuit with ball (25 mins)

Set Up -

3 players in a group.

Start to finish is 60 yards

Set 1 - 4 runs.

3 minute recovery

Set 2 - 4 runs

Run -

Player 1 dribbles ball to 1st cone(10yds) and stops ball.

Sprints back to start line and picks up 2nd ball and leaves on 2nd cone(15yds)

Player 1 then jumps over hurdle, through poles, zig zag around big cones.

Then dribble ball around mannequins(15yds apart).

Leave ball on Mannequin 1 and sprint back to start.

Player 2 then brings balls back from cone 1 and cone 2, then repeat exercise until Player 1,2 and 3 have completed 4 runs.
