Organization: Three large rectangles team in the center trys to intercept the low driven pass from the teams on the rectangles on the left and right.Only one player from the middle zone can go into the outer zone to try and disposses the other team.
Instructions: If the team on the right plays a ball through the middle to the other team on the far side a point is awarded
Coaching Points: Look for the window or gap to play a pall to teammate on other side. Same as technical warm up receiving the pass a player such get inline with the ball and select a surface to receiving preparing the ball for the next action.
Progressions: First progression the team has to make three passes befor trying a low driven pass. Second progression one player from the middle team can go into the zone on the left or right

Instructions:Players have to make 3 passes befor they can score.

Warm up-passing (25 mins)
Organization: two players for every 3 three cones with one ball work on the low driven pass. After 2 minutes the player one becomes player two and two becomes player one.
Instructions: Player one serves the ball to player two who takes a touch around the cone and uses laces to pass it back.
Coaching Points: Approach the ball on an angle. The planted foot is pointed towards their teamate. The point of contact is in the center of the ball with the top part of the foot. Receiving the ball coaching points get in line with ball and select surface to receive with a positive first touch into space.
Progressions: After two rounds make a competition to see which pair can get three passes first
