Set up as shown with ball starting with player on endline

Instructions:

Player on endline starts rotation with a pass into player at central cone

Central player receives to turn and plays one of the waiting receiving players outside the area

Receiving player takes a positive first touch to approach 'tall cone', performs move to go around 'tall cone' and finishes on goal

Players follow their pass to take up the position of the next player; shooter follows the shot and retrieves ball before returning to line

Each new rotation will go the to the opposite side, so if the shooter for the 1st rotation shoots at the wide goal, the 2nd shooter will receive next and shoot at the central goal.

Both groups play at once and share the central goal

If there is an even number in the group, the first player will be assigned as captain and will be in charge of making sure that his starting pass alternates from one side to the other each time he is up. Organization:

Combine groups, 1 GK in each Goal (rotate GK's if no designated GK)

Set up as shown with ball starting with player on endline

Instructions:

Player on endline starts rotation with a pass into player at central cone

Central player receives to turn and plays one of the waiting receiving players outside the area

Receiving player takes a positive first touch to approach defender, takes defender on and attempts to beat him with an attacking move, then finishes on goal.

The defender must start next to the yellow cone central to the goal, and cannot leave the cone until the attackers first touch (progress to leaving on the pass into the shooting player). Defenders can score on counter goal if they win the ball

Players follow their pass to take up the position of the next player; shooter goes to the yellow cone to be ready to defend the next player; after defending, retrieve a ball and return to the line.

Each new rotation will go the to the opposite side, so if the shooter for the 1st rotation shoots at the wide goal, the 2nd shooter will receive next and shoot at the central goal.

If there is an even number in the group, the first player will be assigned as captain and will be in charge of making sure that his starting pass alternates from one side to the other each time he is up.
