Instruction:

GK passes ball up into FWD. FWD must play a ball into opposition midfield for play to continue. A 4v2 takes place in the middle area. Players can either pass into a wide area or dribble. If ball is passed into the wide area attack wide midfielder should open their body and drive down the line. If central player dribbles into the area, wide midfielder should clear out and create space for attack from wide to develop.

Transition:

If the defending team win the ball all players become involved and play to score in one of two mini goals. If defending team score defending player collects ball and starts play from the mini goals. If the ball goes dead i.e missed shot or out for throw in GK restarts.

Progression:

Once the defending player has passed ball into attacking midfielder they can make a recovering run round the goal and join as an extra defender. The spare attacking player creates depth and cover.
