4 Goals one Ball (15 mins)

Set up a field using almost all of our allocated space. place a PUGG goal at each corner.

Split the boys into three teams.

Two teams play together as one. Keep ball away from the defending team. Idea is to string as many passes together as possible.

Defending team is to try and get the ball away from the "Possession" teams, and then can score in any of the 4 goals.

Ball goes out of play, play starts from a coach who plays to the possession teams. Have the defencive teams work for 2-3 minutes and then switch.
