power and explosive training (60 mins)

strength and explosive training

every station has 4 or 5 players

1st exercise

- you have on your shoulders a bar of weights (10kg) and you have to do 10 rep. squats. after this you do a double skipping on the hurdles and sprint until the cone. 4'

2nd exercise

- we are in square and we keep a medicine ball (6kg). we start the same time and we through the ball opposite and we do a side step. we have to throw 8 times. after this 2 players, the next 2 players they workout. we workout for 4'.

3rd exercise

- there is 2 poles and a rope in the end of the poles. we past under the rope with a side steps. after of this we past near the poles and sprint until the cone. workout 4'

4th exercise

- we have a rope or lastic around the back and we do 4 steps slowly front and immidiedly we turn 180o and we come back slowly.

5th exercise

- one leg up to the box. we keep 2 dump bell and we do 10 rep over the head.

6th exercise

- squat with the medicne ball 4kg. in the box or bosu. 8 each leg and sprint until the cone. 10m.

in the end running in the forest for 30'
