Albion Game (15 mins)

Skill Practice 6:15 - 6:30

"Albion Game" Retain and Build 4 10x10 boxes

Orange and White are the attacking teams attempting to keep the ball from the black team.

The black team passes the ball into one white/orange player which is the trigger for the rest of that team to join their team mate in that box.

On the attacking players first touch a defender can press the ball, after each pass another defender can join in.

The team in possession must retain the ball for 5 passes then attempt to play to the orange team and the practice repeats.
