Station I passing and receiving (15min) Ivan

30X25yds grid

Group is divided in 2. Players on the outside of the grid do footwork, players on the inside perform (carioca, shuffles, high knees) on coach's command players on the inside must call for the ball and perform 5 passes with the right and 5 passes with the left. Do the same but with the head, chest to volleys (2min intervals then switch groups)
