Screen 1 (10 mins)

Ex A. starting on one foot with medicine ball (illustrated by soccer ball) jump over hurdle with one leg and land on the same leg keeping you balance till end.. repeat using other leg

Ex B. two GK opposite each other, GK starting ex with medicine ball again jumps over on one leg as in Ex A but this time after he lands throws medicine ball to GK opposite him, jumps over without ball and as he lands other GK throws it back, continue till end, so one throw one receive after every jump.. when finished next GK goes, then swap legs...

Ex C. using medicine balls and again on one leg at a time, balance yourself on the half moon balls for 20 secs, then swap legs and do the same.

Ex D. now face each other with one medicine ball on one leg and throw ball to each other keeping your balance at the same time, for 30secs, swap legs and repeat

Ex E. lastly using medicine ball and on one leg get GK to shoulder press with both hands then one hand at a time, and swap over onto next leg and repeat ex.
