Allow for ample space so the players have plenty.

Move Forward With the Soles:

While walking, they push the ball forward using the sole of the right and left foot. The objective is to stimulate ball control and sensitivity. Ask for a soft touch and regular rhythm.

Move the ball forward with the sole while skipping:

While skipping, the players push the ball forward using the sole of the right and left foot while to keep a regular and well coordinated rhythm.

Inside Rolling with the Sole:

The players progress the exercise by rolling the ball inwards with the sole. From a techincal point of view the exercise stimulates the sensitivity of the foot to ball contact aimed at improving control. From a motor skill point of view it stimulates joint mobility.

Lateral Rolling while Walking:

This is a technical exercise where players move the ball forward remaining in a lateral position which is important to learning ball control, feints and dribbling and is characterised by the use of the sole. The body's lateral position will be useful in shielding the ball during a match.

Lateral Rolling while Running:

This is an exercise of medium difficulty that requires running with constraint and with greater attention and a sensitivity with the touch of the ball linked to the lateral running. This exercise probablt reproduces a more realistic match situation of 1v1 where the quickness of execution is high.
