**Set up**

- same as first screen

**Drill**

-player A and B go simultaneously

-sprint to the Second cone ( blue cone), shuffle side ways left, then backwards, shuffle side ways right, then sprint forward ahead to the end of line, then go to the end of the line

Drill

-incorporate the ball

-player A and B go simultaneously

-sprint (Dribble) to the Second cone ( blue cone), cut left ( using any cut , inside cut, sole of the foot, outside of the left foot), go to next cone cut left ( using any cut , inside cut, sole of the foot, outside of the left foot), until you go all the way around, then sprint to the end line and go to back of line A. Always going forward

Variation 1

-sprint (Dribble) to the second cone ( blue cone) cone, shuffle side ways left ( using sole of the right foot), then backwards to cone, then shuffle side ways right( sole of the left foot) to next cone, then sprint forward ahead to blue cone and shoot on goal, then sprint to the end line and go to the back of the line A.

Variation 2

-sprint (Dribble) to the first cone (red), then shuffle side ways left( using sole of the right foot), then cut right ( using inside cut, sole of the left foot turn, or outside of the right foot cut), then dribble to the next cone, then shuffle side ways right (using the sole of your Left foot), then backwards to the next cone, then sprint forward ahead to the end of line, then go to the back of the line

**Set up**

-2 goals( one could use main goals, other could be 2 pug goals besdie each other)

-6 cones , ( 4 cones for the 5x5 box in the middle, 2 cones at the end starting position)

- balls

**Drill**

-player A and B go simultaneously

-sprint to the second cone( blue cone), shuffle side ways left, then backwards, shuffle side ways right, then sprint back to blue cone and pass the ball in the net. Once your done get the ball and set up for next player.

## Speed/Agility work (15 mins)

Set up-2 goals

-6 cones , ( 4 cones for the 5x5 box in the middle, 2 cones at the end starting position)

Drill-player A and B go simultaneously

-sprint to the second cone( blue cone), shuffle side ways left, then backwards, shuffle side ways right, then back wards to the end of your line.
