Players work in pairs. Players will look to strike the ball to each other.

Players are looking to strike the ball.

- Angled approach to ball
- Non-kicking foot alongside ball
- Ankle locked, toe pointed down
- Second knuckle to contact ball
- Contcat ball on center line
- Follow through to generate power
- Keep weight forwards

Semi Opposed game (20 mins)
Organization:
2 teams of equal numbers. 1 defender inside a 15x15 square
Instructions:
Players will dribble on the 1v1 and try to get pass the defender to go on and shoot on goal
Coaching Points:
-dribbling skill
-get away from the defender
-looking up to know where the defender is position
-land on kicking foot
-keep chest over the ball
