Red Square

Organization:

1. 5v1 x2

2. Six blue, six red.

3. Player in the middle holds a yellow pinee.

Variations:

Red square

1. Two touch.

2. Follow: 2 touch- follow your pass.

3. Stomach: 2 touch- get on stomach after each pass (if you pass to player on their stomach you're in)

4. One touch, two touch: One touch, two touch, etc. (two touch player must take two)

5. Two balls: One ball on the ground playing two touch one ball in the hands. Don't get caught with both balls.

6. Forced 3 touch

7. Pass and move: After each pass, passer must move to opposite side.

8. Transition: Once the players complete at least 3 passes they must transition into the empty area for a point. When making the transition, a player may not recieve the ball if he hasn't made it to the transition area.

9. Transition 2: Progression of transition 1. Once at least three passes are complete the team can transition in to any free square except the one they came from. (awarness of where the other team is.

10. Transition 3: 4 red vs 2 blue in one square, 4 blue vs 2 red in the other square. If the 2 players win the ball they try to play to their 4 and vice versa.
