1. After a run we do a coordination drill. It 3 x 6 reps with a short run (60-70%) at the end of the drill. 1' rest in between sets - (10').

2. 7 x 50y at 70% and 50'' rest - (8').

Rondo. Dziadek (10 mins)

3. Rondo 7v2 (2v1 inside). Each group of 3 have 3 x 1' each inside - (10').

We start with a 2v1 inside the square. When the red wins the ball back he plays it to the outside and it's 7v2.

3. Dziadek 7v2 (2v1 w środku). Każda "3" 3 x 1' w środku - (10').

Zaczynamy 2v1 w środu. W momencie, kiedy czerwony odzyskuje piłkę zagrywa piłkę na zewnątrz i gramy 7v2.

6. 7v7 game + GK. 4 x 5' + 1' rest - (24').

We only have a small artificial pitch to train on in winter (60x30m), so we played a 7v7 trying to mirror out the principles set in the tactical part of the session. The pitch was split into 3 zones. Offsides in the last third.

a) 2 touch in the defensive 3rd, 3 tourch ithe the middle zone and as many touches as you need in the offensive 3rd- 5'

b) to score a goal we have to play through all the zones - 5'

c) free play with no offsides so an emphasis on defending in our own half - 10'.

7. Core training and bodyweight excersizes. 2 x 20'' each as a cirquit. (5')

plank with 1 leg up, 1 leg squat, press up, seat, side plank 1 leg up, 1 leg squat, diamond press up, side plank with 1 leg up and lunges

8. Cool down (10')

6. Gra 7v7 + bramarze. 4 x 5' + 1' odpoczynku. (24').

Mamy do dyspozycji boisko orlik, więc zakończylismy grą 7v7,ale próbowaliśmy dostosować zasady, które ćwiczyliśmy w grze tatycznej. Boisko dzielimy na 3 strefy. Gra na spalone w ostatniej 1/3 boiska.

a) W obronie na 2 kontakty, w środkowej strefie 3 i w ataku dowolnie - 5'

b) bramkę można strzelić, jeśli zagramy przez wszystkie strefy - 5'

c) dowolna gra, bez spalonych. Nakład na ustawieniu się głęboko i bronieniu się korzystając z zasad nauczonych w zasadniczej części treningu - 10'

7. Izometria i siła. 2 x 20'' (5').

deska 1 noga w górze, przysiady na 1 nodze, pompki, krzesło, deska bokiem z 1 nogą w górze, przysiady na 1 nodze, pompki diamentowe, deska bokiem i wykroki.

8. Rozbieganie i rozciąganie. (10')
