Dribbling to Shoot / Speed - Lanes (20 mins)
Set Up
Pitch set up in channels.
On the whistle each player travels down their channel with the ball as quick as possible before shooting towards goal.
Ensure players change lanes
Goalkeepers challenge is to try to ensure that all three players do not score.
Progressions

Passing Pattern (20 mins)
Practice Organisation:
*Two squares set up one square inside the other.
*Players stand on a pole in the middle, and everyone else on the outside.
*Player A passes the ball into Player B, he sets the ball to Player C, who plays the ball out to Player D. The is a continious practice and the pattern follows.
Progressions:
1. Add in a second football.
2. Different combinations

Shooting Game
Each team has four outfield players and two target players (one on either side of the goal they are attacking). A goal can be scored with or whithout using the target players, but they can only score from outside the area.
