Technique (20 mins)

Ball is played from the server into one of the red players wh steps up and takes two touches on the ball. The other three players look to cover him and provide balance. The server circulates the ball across the line until everyone has touched the ball two times. On the "go" shout, the entire line sprints to the center-line.

Progression - The server turns with the ball and dribbles the opposite way. The line must now step up and stay connected. When the server turns out, the line holds, if he looks like he's going to play it over-the-top, the line drops

4 vs 4 (10 mins)

The red team looks to circulate the ball in their own half and try to play a ball over-top of the blue team and have it bounce infront of the red cones in the other half.

While the red team is circulating the ball, the blue team is trying to approach (and eventually touch) the center line. If the blue team is able to touch the line with the red team still in possession, they score a point and get the ball back. If the red team is able to play it over-the-top and have it bounce in their half, they score a point.
