Divide group into pairs. Each pair has a leader. The leader moves the ball, turns, adds tricks, etc. which his partner must replicate. Work for 60 seconds. Switch roles. Swap parterns every round.

Progression:

1. Players are challenged to use all areas on both feet

2. Coach stops the group when he sees a good 'move' performed. He can then ask the whole group to attempt it.

3. 1v1 game. 1 ball between two. If attacker dribbles out, they lose possession. Player with the ball practices dirbbling away and using feints to get away from defender.
