Re-starts are from different situations to simulate set pieces or different game scenarios
Cp's- Play with intensity, work on both sides of the ball, communicate, win your 1 v 1 battles, have an attacking mentality (get to the endline for crosses, shoot from different angles, be confident/creative on the ball, recognize moments to penetrate vs restarts or possession)
