Instructions:
- Players work in pairs passing/receiving/moving throughout the area
- Receiving player must look to receive the ball and take their first touch in a new direction
- After receiving into the space, look to accelerate away for "x" number of touches
- Passing player should look to move in the opposite direction or into open space away from the ball
- After they regroup, look to play back to their partner
Coaching Points:
- Eye contact to establish connection
- Getting in line with the ball as it travels (going to it if needed)
- Look over the shoulder to see which direction to take first touch
- Shape of the body in order to get touch out of the feet and into the desired space
- Choose proper surface of the foot to take the ball away
- Head up after first touch to determine next action

Rotate teams
Instructions:
- Two teams (3V3) extra player playing for both teams
- Team in possession must string together "x" number of passes in order to score a point; if defenders touch the ball, number count must start over or must recieve the ball with a no touch turn then that player cn score.
- Once possession team scores, count starts back at zero, but they keep possession trying for the next set
- If team in defense steals the ball, they can score in either of the 4 goals
- Play for "x" amount of time, keep points/score continuous
Coaching Points:

-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.
