3) Movement - Sharp, dont block passing lanes

4) Communication - Verbally & non verbally

5) Bounce passes - Half a yard in front

Description: 3 Central players stay in the shaded zone and work on their angles to recieve. The players working on the cones go clockwise and follow their passes throughout. The objective of this exercise is to implement a structure to our passing combinations going forward and playing out from the back

2) Tempo - 1 and fast 2 touch

3) Decision making - When to combime, when to go forward

4) Body shape ( In middle) -Open and ready to play

3) Movement - Constant 3 yard checks torecieve, and take eachothers space

4) Intensity & Tempo - No touch restrictions but play quickly
