12/13 - Chopping Station. Each player starts on red cone dribbles to yellow cone & chops with left, then dribbles to red cone & chops with right. Repeat., 14 - Ladder. 1's, 1/2's, R leg hop, L leg hop, two foot hop, North two foot hop, South two foot hop, forward shuffle, reverse shuffle, 15- Outside foot dribble, 16- Inside foot dribble, 17-Skill Station - A serves headers, thigh balls, chest balls & cup traps. B controls & returns ball, 18- Monster Walk - Dribble in bigh steps w/ball, 19- In's & Out's - Face sideways: A Pull, B Roll Across, C Lace Chop Forward, 20- Small V's - Lace/Pull L. Lace/Pull R.

Pressing Warm Up (20 mins)

Pressing Warm Up (20 min)

Organization: 4 mannequins 10 yds apart. 1 ball. 3 players on ea mannequin. Technical pressing activity. Press the man that is opposite you, player right and move left. Ball starts w/Coach.

Progression: Pressuring player takes away one passing option by arcing angle of approach. Passing players must make decisions on which directon to pass & move to opposite line as if emptying out space.

Coaching Points: Immediate Pressure, get on front foot, play at gamespeed. In progressio, second defender can read the cue of which way the defender is pressing so they can read which way the ball is going and get out to press early.

Fitness 100s (10 mins)

1) Players start on the edge of the box.

2) On the whistle they have 15 seconds to reach the end of the pitch.

3) Players will have 15 seconds passive rest (standing still) before the next 15 second run starts.

4) Players will postion on the edge of the box during the passive rest.

5) Once 15 seconds is up the coach will blow the whistle and steps 2-4 will be repeated.

6) 1 x 15 second run is classed as 1 rep and the players will perform 10 reps = 5 minute set.

7) 2 sets will be performed = 10 minutes in total
