Pass Receive (15 mins)

25 x 25 square

pass and receive short short long - follow your pass

1st: receive with right - pass with left - only two touch for speed of play (5min)

2nd: receive with left pass with right (5 min)

Combination Play (15 mins)

Combined Play - Wall Pass

8 Players split into 2 groups at oppisite ends of a 15x30 yard area with 2 Wall players organized on the sides.

Defender Player 1 plays the ball to attacking player 2 and moves to defend the ball. Player 2 received the pass and runs the ball at the defender to execute a wall pass in order to get into the space behind the defender.

CP: Pass/Accuracy of Pass, 1st Touch & attack the defender, timing/distance/accuracy of release, change of speed to get behind the defender

CP:Wall Players movement, check/show , body position, angle/distance/ of support, accuracy of the pass behind the defender into the path of the attacker
