INSTRUCTIONS:
Teams will play 3v3 in the area. Each team will have 3 goals to score in and players must stay in specific lane. Start with defenders not allowed to go past half line and progress to full pressure.

A) 3 Player tag/moves
Attacker attempts to run the gauntlet without being tagged (with 2 hands). Defender must stay on line. Players rotate after each pass. Introduce fakes, change of speed, change of direction.
B) 3 Player 1v1 moves:
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Long pass to attacker (and defender steps up to stand on line)
2. 1-time pass to support player
3. 1-time pass back to attacker and immediate pressure (light)
4. Attacker beats first defender with first touch away from pressure. Then attacker beats 2nd defender (who is playing light defense and must stay on line).
Players then rotate roles and repeat.
PROGRESSION:
P1 - Defenders can play full defense, BUT must stay on line
P2 - Defenders play full pressure, BUT must stay in box
COACHING POINTS:
CP1 - Change of speed and change of direction to beat defender
CP2 - "Close the door" after beating defender
CP3 - Explode out when performing move
CP4 - Try not to play across your own body (i.e. take ball with outside of far foot instead of using inside of near foot to get around defender)
