Drill-
Line 3- players makes a diagonal pass across to player 1, player 1 takes a touch dribbles to goal and shoots with their right foot after they shoot they come back towards line 2 and acts as a passive defender. Player 1 can either go inside and shoot with their R foot, or go out and shoot with their L foot.
Coach in black can act as a passive defender moving from Line 1 to Line 3, coach can position himself to force the attacker either to his left or right foot.
Line 2- dribbles out and attacks the defender, they then makes a move ( fake and take, scissors etc) to get by the defender and shoot. Alternate shooting foot- if you go right the first time next time make your move going to the left and shoot with your lrft foot.

Coaching points-
- angle of approach 45 degree angle
- part of the ball- middle
- partof the foot- laces
- lean over the ball head down
- folllow through with your leg and should end up facing the goal
- lines 1 and 3 try to goal across goal( far post)
