Dribbling inside ring. left/right/inside/outside/sole

Coach calls colour for all to run around cone and race back.

TECHNIQUE -

Dribbling= little varied touches.

Running= bigger touch using laces/outside.

Fast in space, slow in turns

RACES- keep groups small for MAXIMUM REPETITION.

1 each then sit/3each then sit etc.

Line Game (15 mins)

Defenders try to win ball off attackers then KEEP it.

Rotate a defender after3/5 turns in so players get MAXIMUM BALL TIME.

Use the far foot from the defender.
