Instructions:
Channel 1:
Double Pass
- Player A begins with the ball
- Player B checks at an angle
- B has a look over their shoulder to see defender marking tightly
- B plays a one touch pass back to A, who can receive with one touch and play long to C (who has moved into passing lane) and then dribbles down to starting end
- A goes to B, B becomes defender, defender goes to C, and C becomes A
Channel 2:
Give and Go
- Player A takes a touch forward and sees pressure coming head on from defender
- Player B checks at an angle to create passing lane
- Once defender is committed, Player A passes to Player B with the outside of foot closest to B (right in above diagram)
- Player A then continues their run around defender to receive the return pass from B (one touch return ideal) and finds the target in a gate

Coaching Points:
Recognize what type of pressure defender applies
Double Pass
- defender pressures to cut off ball down the line
- immediately relieve pressure and open passing lane to target with return pass
- body positioned to protect ball
Give and Go
- defender pressures player with ball, drive at defender
- Player B support check is sideways, hips open to field
- solid return pass into A's path

Organization:
- Channels Set up as shown
- 5 players per channel with 2 teams and 1 neutral player
- 1 ball and two goals per team
Instructions:
- 2 teams play to score a goal in either pug to start.
- Players must make 3 successful passes before they can score.
- Neutral player plays for whichever team has possession.
- Play for 5 minutes and then rotate teams to different fields.
Coaching Points:
- Look to keep possession and create opportunities to combine.
- Movement to create angles and space.
- Firm passing and proper receiving.
- When in space, dribbling technique to commit a defender.
Progressions:
- Play directionally to goals rather than allowing the players to go to either goal.
- Limit the number of touches to 3 per player.
- Remove the pass restrictions.

Organization:
- 2 teams of 3 per field
- 1 ball per field
Instructions:
- Normal 3 v 3 tournament with teams all playing each other for 4-5 minutes per game.
- Teams will rotate fields before having a final and 3rd place match after all the group stages are played.
Coaching Points:
- Try to look to combine as much as possible.
- Pass and move after the pass.
