Dealing With Back Passes

2 Keepers work in a square 20x10m with 3 gates dividing them in the middle.

The 3 gates are in three different sets of coloured cones - Red,White and Blue.

Try their best to work to 2 touch only. First touch getting the ball out of their feet. Can you play the game without getting the ball trapped beteen your feet ?

They must play the ball through the coloured gate that has been called by their opposition.

Find a way to give yourself more time? Movement not to get too close to your opponent. If they go forward you go back and vice versa

Keeping the ball out of your feet is important if you want to get from red to blue. Can you show me how to play from red to blue with only one touch?

Make bigger or smaller to deal with passes over larger areas.

Make the gates into football club shirt colour to get their brains thinking more.
