Dribble Test (Right & Left)

Dribble Test: One time right foot only, one time left foot only. Add 2 seconds if they miss a pair of cones. 5 yds to start of cones, 2 yds between cones, 5 yds from last cone to finish line.

Clock starts on player's movement and stops once they run through the finish line.

Turn Test (Right & Left)

Turn Test: One time with right foot only, one time with left foot only. Dribble to the far line of red cones, turn, dribble back to first line of red cones, turn, dribble as quickly as possible to the right gate finish line when completing the right foot test. Dribble to the left gate finish line when completing the left foot test. Add 1 second for every touch the player takes with the wrong foot.

5 yds from starting line to first line of red cones. 5 yds from first line of cones to second line of red cones. 10 yds from last line of red cones to finish line gates. Finish line gates 5 yds to the left and right of the red cone grid.

Clock starts on the player's movement and stops once player reaches finish line gate.

Juggling Test

Juggling Test: 3 attempts to get as many juggles as possible using feet, thighs and head only.

Players choice to start from hands or feet.

Arrowhead Agility Test

Arrowhead agility test: One time right, one time left. For right test, player starts on left side of start cone and sprints to middle cone making a right hand turn. Players sprints to far right cone and makes a left hand turn to sprint up to the top cone. Player will make another left hand turn and sprint all the way back to the beginning cone. The left test do the opposite side.

10 yds from start cone to middle cone. All other cones are 5 yds apart.

Clock starts on players first movement and stops when they reach the starting cone again.

10yd & 20 yd Dash:

Self explanatory. Create a 10yd and 20 yd runway approx. 3-4 yds wide. Clock starts on players first movement and stops once they reach the finish line.

3 Cone

3 Cone: 3 cones in a L shape all 5 yds apart. Player starts at first cone, sprints to second cone and touches with right hand. Player sprints back to start and touches with right hand again. Player will then sprint past the second cone making a right hand turn to sprint to the third cone where the player will make a left hand turn and then sprint all the way to the starting cone staying on the outside of the cones.

Clock starts on player's movement and stops once they reach the first cone again.

5-10-5

5-10-5: Player starts straddling the middle cone line. When the player is ready they can turn and sprint left or right. If the player sprints right he will sprint to the third cone and touch with his right hand before turning and sprinting all the way to the third cone where the player will touch with the left hand before turning and sprinting past the starting cone. This test is similar to the shuttle run and called the 5-10-5 because the player will sprint 5 yds then 10 yds then 5 yds.

Clock starts on the player's first movement and stops once they pass the starting cone again.
