Upphitun sem felur í sér samhæfingu, sprengikraft og hraðaþjálfun.

Leikmönnum er skipt í tvo hópa, sem hvor um sig fara í gegnum sína æfingabraut, annar hópurinn byrjar á samhæfingaræfingum í snerpustiga, taka svo snöggar stefnubreytingar í keilubraut og skokka svo rólega yfir í næstu röð. Hinn hópurinn tekur mismunandi hoppæfingar í gegnum grindurnar, snöggar stefnubreytingar og rólegt skokk yfir í næstu röð. Keyrum c.a. 10 hringi.

Tvö 7 - 9 manna lið spila með skilyrtum reglum, þannig að inni á miðsvæði eru 2 snertingaren úti á köntum eru frjálsar snertingar. Það er þó aðeins einn leikmaður úr því liði sem hefur boltan sem getur verið á kantsvæði hverju sinni. Ef hann fær boltan reynir hann að komast framhjá varnarmanni og gefa fyrir. Ef varnarmaðurinn missir sóknarmanninn innfyrir sig má hann ekki setja pressu á hann meðan gefið er fyrir.
