Set up - 3/4 pitch. Red team = One server, 2 full backs, 3 midfielders and 3 forwards.

Yellow team = 1 GK, 4 Defenders, 3 midfielders.

Red team attack big goal. If yellows win possession, they attack 2 mini goals.

Server starts with ball, full backs are the reds spare players, but must look to play through midfield. Looking for the midfield 3 to rotate, Holding midfielder looks to come short which should create space for one of the other midfielders to receive in a more advanced position.

Also look for any of the 3 forwards to look to come short to either a) If defender dont follow, they can turn and play. b) If defender follows, it will create a space for midfielder to run into.

When yellows win possession, reds look to stop them scoring with pressure high up the pitch.
