1. After a run we do a coordination drill. It 3 x 6 reps with a short run (50-60%) at the end of the drill. 1' rest in between sets - (8').

We only have a small artificial pitch to train on in winter (60x30m). The weather was terrible (snow and -10 C), so we played a normal 7v7 trying to mirror out the principles set in the tactical part of the yesterdays session.

5. Cool down (10')

Wednesday:

Core training and bodyweight excersizes. 3 x 20'' each as a cirquit. (10')

plank, squat, press up, seat, side plank, lunges, diamond press up and side plank.

4. Gra 7v7 + bramarze. 6 x 5' + 1' odpoczynku. (36').

Mamy do dyspozycji boisko orlik, więc zakończylismy grą 7v7. Pogoda była beznadziejna, więc zagraliśmy normalną grę, ale próbowaliśmy dostosować zasady, które ćwiczyliśmy wczoraj podczas części taktycznej.
