Opbouw training

1) 5 min. draven

2) 10 min. Loop ABC ( A ) over 10 meter.

3) 5 min. dynamisch rekken

4) Plyometrie:

S = 4, H = 5, SP = 2 min, I = 95 - 100%

B---> 8 voetstreksprongen + 5 meter sprint.

C---> 6 loopsprongen + 5 meter sprint.

D---> 6 kniesprongen + 5 meter sprint.

E---> 4 heupsprongen + 5 meter sprint.

5) 5 min. uitlopen

6) Statisch rekken
