2 player combination with Target players (15 mins)

Activity:

Ball starts with the target player on the outside. They play the ball into the attacking players who combine and then play into the oposite target player. 1 minute per group. A point is score everytime they play the bal from one target player to another. Switch target players and attackers.

Progression: set patterns ( dummy / give and go / overlap etc )

Progression 2: add defenders who are passive and can only intercept

Progression 3: 2 v 2 to target players

Progression: Teams score points by switching the ball from one outside player to another.

Coaching Points:

- Turn if possible, if not drop ball and keep it
