Possession (30 mins)

Same space as used before but now divide in half length wise.

Start 7or8 vs 3. Ball goes out then goes to other team. Coach always start with ball. Point for every 10 consecutive uninterrupted passes. Play to either points or time. Max time 10 mins per progression.

PROGRESS: 4 defenders then 5.

Defense must get possession and play back to own team with 4/5 defenders.

Phase 3 (20 mins)

8v8+GK. Play to goal and countergoals. Offense in 2-3-3 (for a 4-3-3), 2-1-3-2 (4-1-3-2). Defense set without wingers if you had to. #9/#10 should cover the outside backs in a v rotaton as needed.
