GK = Goalkeeper

CD = Central Defender

DM = Defensive Midfield

LM = Left Midfield

RM = Right Midfield

Players are responsible (but not restricted to staying inside) the following areas of the field

CD - Light shaded area

DM - Red Box

RM/LM Green Boxes

CF Blue Box

When ball is in opponents half players should be moved up with play.

This example shows when the ball is with the LM

Left center D pushes up to give an outlet pass incase of trouble

Right center D slides into a central position to give depth and secondary support.

If ball goes back to CD players start to slide across for the opportunity to give switch the play..
