Learning Objectives

Screen 1 (10 mins)

Players 1, position themselves` at the back cone of the triangle. At the commend of the coach, they both leave, dribbling in speed towards the other player's triangle.

The 1st player to stop the ball in full, in side the other player's triangle, wins.

Then the 2nd group can go

Points to make: Ball control at all times near foot. Players who have the ball near his/her foot will be able to stop the ball faster.

Introduce the Rolling futsal technique. Do few rounds where players can only dribble rolling.

A Game progression from the dribbling exercise before is:

Player 1, feed player 2 the ball

Player 1 needs to defend both of his side triangles, his goals

Player 2 needs to receive the ball and attack dribbling to either one of the two opponent's triangle, and still stop the ball in side of it to score.

In case defender steals the ball, he can also go and scores on the opponent's two triangles
