Boxes (10 mins)

Organisation

2 8x8 boxes.

Play 6v1 possession in each box.

If the middle player gets a touch he switches with the player who gave the ball away.

4 x 2 minutes with 1 minute rest.

Back to back goals (40 mins)

Organisation

Full size pitch with back to back goals on the halfway line.

7 v 7 (including GK)

How to Play

Coach feeds a ball into one half of the pitch and both teams try to score.

If the GK makes a save, he distributes into the opposite half and all players must transition, game continues.

If a shot misses the target all players must switch halves and continue the game in that half.

If the ball goes out of play, the coach feeds a ball into the opposite half.

3 x 10 minutes with 3 minute recovery between games.
