Organization:
1. Open area.

Instructions:
1. Players are numbered 1 through whatever amount turn up.
2. Players pass and move in sequence inside the playing area. No restrictions to start.
Coaching Points:
1. Communication - verbal and non-verbal.
2. Connection - eye contact.
3. Weight and accuracy of pass.
4. Quality and direction of first touch.
Progressions:
1. Players must use specific foot (left or right).
2. Players must receive with one foot and pass with opposite foot.
3. Touch resitriction (i.e. two touch).
4. Passer immediately closes down to apply pressure.

Organization:
1. 30x25 area.
2. Servers with balls.
3. Attacking player set up in between three markers.
4. Defenders set up next to mini goal.
Instructions:
1. Attacking player checks towards ball to receive a pass.
2. Server passes to checking teammate (A) who returns the ball with one-touch pass (B).
3. Final pass is a penetrating pass (C) onto the attacker's run (2).
4. Defender (blue team) is active on penetrating pass.
5. 1v1 to mini goal.
6. Defender attacks counter goals after winning possession.
Coaching Points:
1) Weight and accuracy of pass.
2) Quality and direction of first touch.
3) Timing and direction of movement.
4) Penetrating pass selection: lofted, driven, curl.
5) Play penetrating pass into space, onto teammate's run.
Progressions:
1) Add time limit.
2) Add/reduce touch limit.

Organization:
1. 30x20 area.
2. Players set up as shown.
3. Set up two areas.
Instructions:
1. Two teams play 2v2 in middle of area.
2. A third team is on outside playing as neutrals.
3. Attacking teams score a point by completing five consecutive passes in middle or,
4. Attacking teams score a point by combining with neutral player(s).
5. Winning team stays on, neutrals switch with losing team. In case of draw, newest team stays on.

1. Movement to support.
2. Communication, connection with teammate.
3. Weight and accuracy of pass.
4. Direction and quality of first touch.
Progressions:
1. Limit touches for neutral players.
2. Players must go to different neutral player to score next point.
