Set Up: 3 wall dummies, 12 balls, 2 strikers, 1 gk

Coach plays balls off of the wall dummies for strikers to react to finish off of the wall dummie. 1 or 2 touch finish, encourage 1 touch finishing (game conditions)

Coaching Points:

A: quick finishing

B: use toe pokes in front of goal

C: on balls of feet for quick reaction

Speed Training (15 mins)

Sprint training with ball

8 Repititions

30 seconds passing - 20 seconds sprint - 10 second walk.

Session structure

Players are split into two groups.

Poles are 80 yards apart with two 10 x 10 yard boxes at either end of poles with 2 balls in each square..

Session starts with players passing 2 balls amongst each other in square for 30 seconds, they then have 10 seconds to jog/walk to start line. On the 'go' shout, players have 20 seconds to sprint 80 yards, they then head straight into square and pass balls for 30 seconds and repeat 8 times in total.

Organization: 7 v 7 with offside lines. Defenders need to play outside of OSL untill balls go into areas. Encourage attacking players to create space for shooting through movement & improvization

Coaching Points:

- Chest over the ball

- Direction of planed foot

- Snap Knee for quick shots

- Land on shooting foot

- Delayed runs out of midfield
