Introduce as 1v1 progressing to 2v1 and then ultimately 2v2

Strongly encourage players to work a move and not be shy to take on an opponent.

Highlight Reel Goals (15 mins)

Players line up 3 or 4 four to a goal, before it is there go they must practice a move when the coach shouts go, the player in the front of the line must work their move and then attempt to score on the goal.

Progression is to make it a competition in terms of who scores first (or at all) with elimination rounds.
